Events

Schedule an event on campus and post on the University Calendar. Events are shared via the website, email newsletter, and social media.

Other Requests

Submit here for website changes, print design projects, live streams, and more.

All projects and events request must be booked a minimum of 30 business days prior to the project due date and event/activity.

Any special event or communications request submitted less than 30 business days in advance must request and obtain written approval to proceed from the VP of Institutional Advancement.

Design/ Web Process

Please have your content written, reviewed and approved by all stakeholders prior to submitting a request.

*Critical changes include date/time changes since submission, major errors in information, etc. Minor changes such as spelling errors, missing punctuation, etc. should be caught in step 4.

This Week at Shaw  University Announcements Newsletters

University Communications & Marketing regularly sends a weekly and biweekly email newsletter to our campus community.

All requests or directives for newsletter should be sent at least two weeks in advance, unless the correspondence is an emergency that requires immediate attention and action.
