Compliance Committee
The University Compliance Committee establishes and maintains an effective compliance and ethics program by ensuring that compliance activities are reasonably designed to be effective in preventing and detecting risks or compliance violations. The committee
will work to ensure coordination of compliance activities across the University. The committee also will take or recommend necessary actions to promote a culture of ethical conduct and commitment to comply with laws, policies and regulations.
Members of the committee represent a broad range of University units, and include:
- University
Compliance Officer, Chairperson
- Director of Financial Aid
- Controller
- Director of Sponsored Programs
- Vice President for University Operations
- Director of Human Resources
- Security Director
- Registrar
The committee will meet at least monthly, or more frequently as circumstances require, and reports through the Compliance Officer to the President.
