Athletic Giving

Each year, more than 40,000 people come to C.C. Spaulding Gymnasium to watch Men’s and Women’s Basketball, Volleyball, Marching Band, Concerts, and other special events and programs. Nearly 70,000 attend Shaw University football games at the Durham County Memorial Stadium. This creates a unique opportunity to build brand awareness among students, parents, alumni, faculty and the general public attending Shaw University athletic events. 

Becoming an athletic sponsor or making a donation can help provide resources to build Shaw’s Athletic Program through recruitment, scholarships for our top student-athletes, facility upgrades and equipment across all sports, uniforms, and special events and programs.
